Your service is great. I use to buy ML-1610 cartridges out at Costco.I noticed that I was running out of ink so quick. I was spending so much money buying ink. I felt that the cartridges were not being filled all the way. So I decided to try to find another source. I looked on the internet and found you. I ordered your Samsung ML-2010 / ML-2510 / ML-1610 / SCX-4321 / SCX-4521 - Dell 1100 Toner Refill Kit. Now I may refill my cartridge 2-3 times. I kept waiting for the rfilled cartridge to run out of pouder. It lasted twice maybe three times longer. If I could prove it I would sue Costco or the supplier for cheating the consumer. I just don't have the proof. I can't tell you how much money I spend on their half filled cartridges. Anyway I am very pleased with your product and service and will continue to buy your products as needed.
